General Policy:
Conference registration is mandatory for all the delegates to attend the 63rd IFATCA Annual Conference.
All the Remittance/Transaction charges are to be paid by the registrant.
If a registration is discovered to violate the registration guidelines, the organizers reserve the right to reject it or to move it to a different category.
The applicable registration slab is the one that is in effect on the day that funds are credited to the conference account.
Accompanying Person:
The Accompanying Person fees will be USD50 for a one-day attendance and USD100 for two days or more.
The main conference participant must be registered, and the same applies to any accompanying individuals. Entry is restricted to the conference registrants only.
Accompanying person registration is mandatory to enter conference premises, social events, and activities.
Child Policy (Below 12 years):
Children below the age of 12 are eligible for free registration for the 63rd IFATCA Annual Conference.
The age of the child needs to be confirmed with official paperwork or identity.
Children who have registered will be able to participate in specific events and activities.
While participating in conference-related activities, children must always be accompanied and watched over by an adult who can be trusted.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
50% refund if cancellation is made before November 30, 2023.
25% refund if cancellation is made before January 31, 2024.
If cancellation is made after February 1, 2024, there will be no refund.
All refunds will be processed after the end of the conference within 3-4 working weeks. Kindly share the bank details along with the request for cancellations.
