Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. 50% refund if cancellation is made before January 25th, 2024.
2. 25% refund if cancellation is made before February 25th, 2024.
3. If cancellation is made after February 25th, 2024, there will be no refund.
4. After 20 days of the conference, payment will be refunded; only bank transfers will be accepted for this purpose.
